All bidding is conducted in US Dollars (USD).
|

The minimum bid is the “Starting Bid” (SB), and no bids below
the Starting Bid shall be accepted.
|
3.
|
Bidding shall only be accepted in whole
dollar values (no cents), and any bids with cents will be rounded up to the
nearest dollar.
|
4.
|
Bidding increments are as follows: $1 for bids up to $99; $5
for bids between $100 and $500; $20 for bids higher than $500.
|
5.
|
Each lot is sold to the highest bidder at One Bidding
Increment over the Second Highest Bid, the result referred to as the
“Winning Bid” or “Final Price” (FP).
|
6.
|
In the event of a tie bid, the bid with the earliest email
date and time shall be deemed the Winning Bid.
|
7.
|
Bids will only be accepted by email (nvkstamps@hotmail.com,
nigelgooding@hotmail.com, or nigel@nigelgooding.com). Bidder’s name and
address must be provided.
|
8.
|
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours for lodged bids.
If no confirmation email has been received, the bidder is responsible for
making contact with NVK Stamps to confirm receipt of bids.
|
9.
|
No bids shall be accepted later than the closing date and
time.
|
10.
|
Successful bidders will be invoiced for Winning Bids, plus
postage and handling fee with the following minimum charges for Regular
shipping: $1.50 in the UK or $4.00 rest of world.

|
Lots will be mailed from the UK and sent as follows, ensuring
adequate insurance cover:
|
|
UK – Regular First Class mail or Signed For Service.
|
|
Philippines – All mail for orders under $500 will be sent via
International Registered Post. DHL Courier Service for orders over $500.
|
|
Rest of World (excluding Philippines) – Regular Airmail for
orders under $50. International Registered Post for orders between $51 and
$500. DHL Courier Service for orders over $500.
|

|
Postage will be charged at cost, converted from British Pounds
(GBP) to US Dollars (USD) using the rate of exchange at the time of
mailing.
|
13.
|
NVK Stamps is not responsible for loss of postage unless sent
by Registered Post or Courier Service.
|
14.
|
Payment is due within ten (10) days after receipt of invoice.
The invoice will provide details for payment options and instructions which
include: USD or GBP cheque, US or UK Bank Direct Transfer, or Paypal. Paypal payments
(unless using Family & Friends) will incur a fee of 4%. No cash
payments accepted.

|
Lot(s) incorrectly described must be notified within ten (10)
days of receipt, and on return receipt of the lot(s) a refund will be
provided. All other lots cannot be returned for any reason.

|
The placing of a bid constitutes acceptance of the above
terms.
