Forged Stamp. 1890 Telegram Receipt for message sent from Manila to Singapore. Eight
Telegraph stamps cancelled with 28 May 1890 Correos Manila Circular Date
Stamps. 5p Forged Stamp, created and used to deceive Government Agency. Very
few forged stamps were actually used to defraud the fees for usage. Very
scarce and rarely offered, moreso on original
document. Only one other document with the 5p stamp known to date. |
