#91 (XXXI)

The ‘C’ of CENTs is more rounded
No Period between ‘U’ and ‘POSTAL’
The ‘s’ of CENTs is much farther from ‘T’ than other types

 

Additional Comments

An initial printing of 30,000 was issued on September 1, 1886 with a further 100,000 stamps surcharged on November 12, 1887.
