12 February 1856
Addressed to San Gabriel (Manila)

Feldman Auction (Lot 40281)

Comment: The Circle of Dots cancellation tying the stamp seems irregular and not in line with the genuine cancellations. Most likely affixed on a Stampless Cover with a bogus cancellation applied.

Sc4-03

March 1866
Namacpacan (La Union) to Manila
Stamp tied with Official Crown Cancellation and Manila (24 March 1866) Receiving CDS

Antonio Cuesta Collection

Galeria Filatelica de Barcelona Auction - February 17, 1992

Comment: Exceptionally late use for this issue. The Crown Cancel appears to have been tampered where the lettering on the stamp is clean, compared to other letters which appear smudged (commonly found on these cancellations). Appears original stamp has been removed and replaced with the 1-real 1854 issue, and the cancellation has been tampered. (Graus Certificate (N1/41-6) dated January 30, 1991 issued stating stamp, cancellations and cover are genuine).
